As part of our expansion into providing global online marketing and multilingual seo services, particularly into China, we’ve just launched 2 sites for a large industrial client, the Metal Improvement Company.

Metal Improvement Company provide specialised metal finishing services including heat treatment, surface finishing and in particular, shot peening. Shot peening is a specialised process where small particles of shot are bombarded against the surface of a component which can be steel, stainless steel, glass or ceramic. This stretches the material’s surface which makes it stronger and most resistant to fatigue, corrosion and cracking etc.

We designed a completely new look for their site and have created 2 separate sites, aimed at the Chinese website market. One version is in Chinese language, www.metalimprovement.net.cn and is hosted in China with a Chinese domain name. To help target the non-Chinese market based in the Far East, we have also completed an English language version, again hosted in China with a subdomain attached to the Chinese domain: english.metalimprovement.net.cn.

Now that the sites are live, we’re commencing ongoing search engine optimisation for both sites, in Chinese and English. We have Online Marketing experts who can work in both languages, so we can manage everything from our SEO Nottingham offices.
